If you've built lasting C-level relationships across the buy-side and sell-side—and you're hungry to own a high-growth territory at one of the most respected names in trading technology— this is the role you've been waiting for .
At Pico , we're not just another fintech vendor. We're the trusted backbone powering the world's most sophisticated trading desks: ultra-low-latency global connectivity (PicoNet), award-winning real-time market monitoring & analytics (Corvil), battle-proven market data feeds & software (Redline), and fully managed infrastructure that lets clients focus on alpha, not ops. Our solutions run in 55+ data centers worldwide, supporting over 400 leading financial institutions. And we're scaling fast—meaning massive opportunity for a proven closer to write their own success story.
What You'll Own & Achieve
Hunt & Close at the Highest Levels : Proactively target and penetrate new logos while expanding wallet share with existing enterprise accounts—think global banks, quant hedge funds, asset managers, broker-dealers, prop shops, and market makers.
Execute a High-Impact Sales Strategy : Build and own your territory plan, forecast with precision, and consistently exceed aggressive revenue targets in a competitive, high-stakes market.
Command the Room : Engage C-suite executives (Heads of Trading, CTOs, CIOs, COOs) and trading heads with compelling, value-driven conversations that position Pico as the strategic partner for low-latency edge, data integrity, and operational resilience.
Collaborate Like a Partner : Work hand-in-glove with world-class product, engineering, and client success teams to deliver tailored solutions that solve real pain points and drive measurable ROI.
Shape the Future : Influence product roadmap based on client feedback from the front lines of global markets.
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
10+ years of proven B2B enterprise sales success in capital markets technology—specifically selling low-latency connectivity, market data solutions, real-time analytics, trading infrastructure, or related high-performance financial services.
Deep domain expertise and established network across large banking institutions, hedge funds (quant & macro), asset managers, broker-dealers, and electronic trading firms.
Track record of consistently exceeding quota in competitive, solution-selling environments—bonus points for uncapped commission success.
Elite relationship-building skills —you thrive at the C-level and can translate technical complexity into business value.
