Project Management & Visibility • Own and maintain internal Notion project management tracker; ensuring all projects, to-dos, and tickets are tracked, visible, and actioned. Ad tech, SaaS, high-data-volume or WordPress ecosystem experience is a plus, as is experience working with Salesforce (SFDC). • The Systems Builder: You default to structure, and you know the difference between owning a process and doing the work inside it. Given a messy or untracked workstream, your instinct is to define ownership, standardize steps, and build the scaffolding (trackers, SOPs, cadences) that lets other functions execute reliably. • Data- and AI-Fluent: You're comfortable pulling, cleaning, and structuring data in spreadsheets without hand-holding, and you've used AI tools in your actual workflow to speed up documentation and process work. • Comfortable with Ambiguity: You can walk into an undefined workstream, ask the right questions, and leave it with clear ownership and a repeatable process. • Direct Communicator: You flag problems early and plainly. You don't let a stalled ticket or an unsigned SOP sit quietly. What We Offer • True Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the world with an flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle. • Professional Development: Continuous opportunities for career growth, learning allowances, and direct impact on a fast growing company.
