You know what it feels like to go from 0 to 10 and from 10 to 10,000. This is the single most important signal we look for. You are deeply online. You understand how the internet works. You know what's trending before it peaks. You've probably bought a domain name for a project that never launched (and you're a little embarrassed about it). You understand platforms, algorithms, and internet culture intuitively. You do everything with AI. You're not just writing emails faster. You're using AI to redefine how work gets done. You can show us the agents that work for you and the tasks your team no longer touches. What You'll Bring • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 leading demand generation, growth, or performance marketing teams at scale. • A track record at high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS companies, ideally in security, infrastructure, or a technical buyer category. • Direct experience owning a marketing budget and pipeline/revenue targets. • Cybersecurity or data security domain experience is a plus but not required. Curiosity and speed of learning matter more. Why Varonis • Varonis is a Nasdaq-listed data security leader (VRNS) trusted by thousands of the world's most innovative companies. • Direct visibility to the CMO, the CEO, and the executive team. You will not be pitching ideas through three layers of management. • Serious investment behind AI with a unique product story in a blazing hot cybersecurity market. • A world-class team that wants to move faster and is looking for a leader who will make that happen. This role can be based remotely or out of a Varonis office in New York City.
