Build a Career. Develop Leaders. Make a Difference.
At The Violand Agency , we're looking for motivated individuals who want more than a sales job. We're looking for future leaders who are ready to build a career, develop their management skills, and help others succeed along the way.
Whether your background is in sales, athletics, customer service, hospitality, or another people-focused field, we're interested in individuals who are competitive, coachable, and excited about taking the next step in their careers.
This is an entry-level management opportunity designed for individuals who are ready to learn our business from the ground up. You'll work directly with experienced leaders who will provide hands-on training, personal mentorship, and the tools you need to develop into a successful sales manager.
You don't need previous management experience to get started. What matters most is your work ethic, willingness to learn, and desire to grow into a leadership role.
If you've ever felt like your current job limits your earning potential or leaves you waiting for an opportunity to advance, this could be the career move you've been looking for.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you'll learn the business while developing the skills needed to lead, coach, and grow a successful team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Meeting with local business owners and their employees to introduce valuable supplemental benefits
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Learning our sales process and leading by example in the field
• Developing the ability to recruit, train, and mentor new team members
• Working alongside experienced leaders to learn effective coaching and performance management
• Helping team members set goals, improve their skills, and achieve results
• Tracking team performance and identifying opportunities for growth
• Developing the communication, organization, and leadership skills needed to manage a team
As you gain experience and demonstrate your ability to lead, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, develop your own team, and advance within the organization.
Our goal is to help you become the kind of leader who can produce results, develop people, and build something of your own.
What We're Looking For
We're less concerned with your previous job title and more interested in your potential as a leader.
You'll thrive here if you're:
• Driven: You set ambitious goals and take ownership of your results.
• Coachable: You're willing to learn, accept feedback, and apply what you learn.
• Competitive: You enjoy challenges, measuring progress, and pushing yourself to improve.
• People-oriented: You enjoy building relationships, communicating with others, and helping people succeed.
• Accountable: You take responsibility for your commitments and follow through.
• Leadership-minded: You're interested in developing others, solving problems, and taking on greater responsibility.
• Growth-focused: You're looking for a long-term career with opportunities to advance.
Previous sales or management experience is a plus, but neither is required. We provide the training and mentorship to help the right person develop the skills needed to succeed.
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
