Job description

The brands on your kitchen shelf are run by people doing extraordinary work that nobody sees. We're building the platform they run on, and a brand they'll be proud to be part of. Confido is the AI operating system that runs cash application, deductions, trade and planning in one place for CPG brands. That means Finance, Sales, and Ops finally work on the same number. We’re trusted by 250+ brands managing $30B+ in revenue, including Daisy, OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Idahoan, and more. We've achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $55M Series B led by Insight Partners to accelerate our momentum. If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you. Confido will grow more than 4x this year, while growing headcount by 2x. We’re obsessed with concentrating our best leads with world class sellers. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Full sales cycle: You will handle the full sales cycle, including prospecting for and qualifying leads, and moving those leads through to close. - Become an expert in CPG: You will be a thought partner for customers and show them how Confido can take their workflows to the next level. - Be present with our customers: Working out of our New York office in Chelsea, you'll also be comfortable traveling regularly across the US to conferences, industry events, and customer sites to ensure we stay top of mind for decision-makers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Demonstrated sales excellence: 5+ years in B2B sales with a track record of high achievement and consistent quota attainment. - Enterprise selling experience: Experience closing $100k+ deals involving multiple stakeholders. - Technical sales experience: A track record selling technically complex products in vertical SaaS or developer tools. - Finance or accounting fluency: CFOs are our most common contract signers, and the questions we field are often finance- or accounting-related. - Hiring & team-building experience: You've helped hire and develop sellers — ideally you've hired at least 2 reps who went on to hit quota. - Startup DNA: You've thrived in an early or growth-stage environment and are energized by autonomy, ambiguity, and building the playbook as you go. - The intangibles: Coachable, humble, curious, and hungry. You actively seek feedback, ask sharp questions, and create your own opportunities. - Bonus: Experience in CPG or familiarity with how consumer brands operate. LOCATION & TRAVEL - New York City Based: This role is based full time in our New York City (Chelsea) office, with regular travel across the US to conferences, industry events, and customer sites. Relocation assistance is provided. 🌴 PERKS + BENEFITS - Equity — own a meaningful piece of the company you’re helping build - Fully paid health coverage through Aetna — we cover 100% of employee premiums - Top-tier dental and vision coverage through Guardian - Carrot Fertility Pro — comprehensive fertility and family-forming support - 12 weeks of paid parental leave - Unlimited PTO — plus regular 4-day holiday weekends we actually take - 401(k) through Vestwell - Paid relocation support — we’ll help you make the move to NYC - Fully equipped workspace from day one — laptop, monitor, keyboard, and a $200 stipend to personalize your setup - Team perks — catered Friday lunches, team dinners, and unlimited coffee + snacks featuring products from the brands we work with Confido provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
