Position Title: Power Bi Developer Location: Fully Remote Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)/ No C2C ***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC OR GC candidates*** Additional Context on the need: • We currently have approximately 40 production Power BI dashboards, with the 10 most-used identified as the initial redesign priority. • Redesign existing dashboards to be modern, professional, intuitive, and visually compelling as the business and data volume continue to grow. • Strong eye for design, data visualization, and data storytelling is critical. • Create dashboards that follow the “5-Second Rule”—stakeholders should be able to quickly understand the key business insights. • Translate complex data into clear, actionable business intelligence. • Design and develop high-performance Power BI dashboards and solutions. • Most semantic models are already established, but the ability to work with and maintain them is important. • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and enable self-service reporting. • Follow our existing color palette, fonts, and Power BI Best Practices. • The primary goal is to elevate the overall design and visualization quality and create a true “wow factor.” Team Structure • Team includes 2 other Power BI Analysts—1 Senior and 1 Associate. • All work is QA/QC’d by the Senior Analyst prior to deployment. • ADO is used to manage Agile work assignments and workflow. • Semantic models are already built; the resource will primarily need to understand, leverage, and work within the existing models.
