ABOUT THE COMPANY
Sanabil Venture Studio by Redesign Health (SSRH) empowers founders to launch and scale transformative healthcare companies in the Kingdom. Saudi Arabia represents one of the world's most promising opportunities for healthcare innovation. We support founders in launching world-class companies that benefit from Saudi Arabia's robust infrastructure, forward-thinking approach to innovation, and accelerating pace of progress.
Sanabil Venture Studio by Redesign Health is dedicated to launching AI-native healthcare ventures that transform how care is delivered and experienced. Like the startups we build, we embed AI deeply into all our operations, empowering our team to focus their creativity and expertise on the most complex challenges and high-impact opportunities. We're seeking curious, adaptable individuals who are excited to explore new ways of working, eager to constantly experiment, and committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible at the intersection of human ingenuity and artificial intelligence.
ABOUT THE JOB
As Platform Lead, you will play a central role in identifying exceptional founders and sourcing deals for SSRH to invest in. This strategic, hands-on position directly impacts patient outcomes, as well as the growth and success of SSRH, its founders and its community.
Your responsibilities will span these key areas:
1. Attract, Engage with, and Assess High-Quality Founders: Identify top-tier founding entrepreneurs for SSRH to invest in, with such founders running independent portfolio companies following SSRH’s investment.
2. Building a robust brand through marketing and communications activities that reliably produce traction and founders.
3. Manage the founder platform and experience for SSRH founders following SSRH’s investment, coordinating the strategic support services SSRH provides to its portfolio companies.
Redesign health is an AI native company, we expect you to leverage AI skills to support you with the above responsibilities.
As an early member of SSRH, you will also contribute to building the operations and culture of our Saudi innovation platform. You’ll collaborate with U.S.-based counterparts, leverage Redesign’s existing infrastructure, and adapt strategies to the Saudi market.
This role reports to the Senior Director of New Ventures in Riyadh.

- A self-sufficient, high-performing Saudi Platform team that attracts the best founders and the best companies that serves as a model for future international funds
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Attract, Engage With, and Assess High-Quality Founders
