Job description

Join our U.S. team in a role that moves beyond traditional consulting. You'll help modern CMOs and digital leaders design, build, and scale intelligent growth systems — grounded in real storytelling, not buzzwords. You'll split your time between shaping new client propositions and leading strategy on live engagements, working directly with CMOs and digital leaders at global brands. This is a U.S. hybrid role. We're prioritizing candidates based near major metro hubs — NYC, Boston, or Philadelphia — for proximity to offices, colleagues, and client stakeholders. There's no fixed in-office schedule, but you should be comfortable working on-site periodically and traveling occasionally as client and team needs require.
