Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Frontend Lead Developer for their Plano, TX location. Responsibilities: • Guide the technical direction of modern web applications. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance user experiences. • Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices. • Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance. • Build scalable, maintainable web applications using modern frontend frameworks. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers. • Improve performance, accessibility, and overall user experience. • Support CI/CD processes and frontend delivery standards.
