Job description

Oktopost helps B2B companies turn social media into a measurable growth channel. Our platform powers social media management and employee advocacy for brands like AllianceBernstein, Finastra, and Factorial, and plugs into the marketing tech stack they already use. You'll win enterprise accounts: full-cycle deals with several economic buyers and longer, more involved sales cycles. We use the Sandler method as a way of working, not a one-off course. You'll diagnose real business pain before proposing anything, treat prospects as equals, and set clear expectations at every stage. You'll also be someone the wider team turns to for how to run a deal well. You'll report to our Director of Sales and work alongside the US sales team. Why You'll Want This Role A seat at the table with marketing leaders. You'll sell to CMOs and senior marketing teams, on deals that span several departments and decision-makers. A product that proves its value. You'll sell a platform that helps marketing leaders turn social into a channel they can measure and grow. Pipeline support. Alongside your own outbound, you'll get inbound from marketing and opportunities from our SDR motion. Someone fully dedicated to helping you sell. Our Sales Enablement Manager works only with our sellers: getting you up to speed fast, coaching you on Sandler as you go, and making sure you know exactly how to position every new feature and update with prospects. What You'll Do Build and work a named list of enterprise target accounts, running every deal from first conversation to signature. Lead discovery across every stakeholder in the deal, from day-to-day users to the economic buyer, using Sandler's pain-first approach. Own an accurate forecast for your book, with a reliable weekly commit. Generate most of your own pipeline through targeted outbound. Close new enterprise business every quarter against your target, and hand accounts over cleanly to the Account Management team. Coach newer AEs informally on deal planning and Sandler discovery, and help shape how we run enterprise deals. What You'll Bring 5+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, including closing enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders. A track record of meeting or beating enterprise quota that you can evidence. Real depth in a consultative method (Sandler, MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar) that you can talk through in detail. The ability to run a meeting with a CMO: frame their problem in business terms, handle pushback, and agree next steps. The right to work in the US. We can't offer visa sponsorship for this role. Nice To Have Experience selling to B2B marketing leaders, or in martech or adtech. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo. An active, genuine presence on LinkedIn. A track record of promotion into more senior or strategic roles. SDR/BDR early career experience. Experience mentoring or coaching newer AEs. What You'll Get Pay: competitive base, uncapped commission and stock options. 401(k): 401(k) plan with employer match. Growth: a formal learning and development program, including Sandler training. Time off: flexible time off with no fixed cap. Take the time you need to rest and recharge, just plan it with your manager. You also get paid company holidays and a quarterly Recharge Day. Health: private health insurance. Extras: $100 monthly allowance. Life as an Oktoposter At Oktopost, we’re a curious, collaborative, and driven bunch who believe in doing great work, and having fun while we’re at it. We value ambition, creativity, and a healthy dose of team spirit, all wrapped up in a culture that encourages growth, innovation, and delivering real impact. No matter what department or region you join us from, you’ll be part of a team that supports, celebrates, and challenges one another. From day one, we want every Oktoposter to feel empowered, inspired, and truly at home. We're a team that’s genuinely passionate about B2B social. We believe social media can shape brands, spark meaningful conversations, and drive real business results, and we'd love for you to be part of our journey.
