WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build talent pipelines and processes from the ground up - Recruit, source, and close technical and non-technical talent to help us grow our mission - Work closely with technical and non-technical hiring managers to translate their needs into job descriptions and interview processes that attract candidates - Help shape Rowspace's employer brand in the market WHAT YOU HAVE - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally working at a high-growth startup environment - Comfortable evaluating engineering pipelines and partnering with technical hiring managers - Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and increase recruiting productivity - Strong instincts for talent by assessing for both skills and culture fit, and you know the difference between the two - Comfort operating with ambiguity and moving fast without sacrificing candidate or hiring manager experience - Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (Ashby knowledge is a plus) - Experience recruiting for GTM or finance-adjacent roles is a plus - Genuine curiosity about the financial technology or AI space. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be excited to become one PERKS & BENEFITS - Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance - Future Planning: 401(k) plan including employer match on contributions made while employed by Rowspace - Food & Fuel: Monthly commuter stipend, plus free daily lunch and a fully stocked snack bar in the office - Team Culture: Regular team offsites to bond and strategize away from the desk
