This is a newly created executive seat, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the leadership team. It’s a hands-on, execution-focused operations role – not a broad cross-functional or general management position. Requirements • 8–10+ years of operations experience, with a track record of scaling an operations function (0→1 or 1→100) • Background in physical product, construction, or field-services businesses • Direct, hands-on ownership of vendor relationships and hardware sourcing — not a strategy-only or oversight role • ERP implementation ownership experience strongly preferred • Industrial hardware or controls/automation-adjacent background a plus • Career spent primarily in supply chain, procurement, or operations — not as a generalist executive Benefits • Competitive salary • Relocation package available • Full benefits • Seat on the executive team of a well-backed, high-growth start-up Hybrid in Atlanta, GA.
