What You’ve Done • 7+ years in product or product marketing — ideally in B2B fintech, SaaS, or a data-driven tech company. • A real track record of owning GTM strategy and connecting it to revenue outcomes, not just supporting someone else's. • Deep familiarity with solution and value-based selling, and the ability to shape how Sales teams position and close. • Strong background in financial services, payments, lending, or fraud technologies strongly preferred. • Experience building and scaling sales enablement programs and infrastructure, not just individual assets. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives at the leadership level and influence without direct authority. • Experience managing or mentoring team members; ability to build and grow a high-performing PMM function. • Familiarity with AI tools and a clear point of view on how they should be applied to marketing workflows and content at scale. • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex product capabilities into narratives that resonate with buyers, executives, and internal stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
