10+ years of overall IT experience , including strong hands-on experience in Java, React, DevOps/SRE practices, production/non-production environment management, observability, CI/CD, and release support . Key Responsibilities • Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, environment management, or production support . • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps , or similar. • Experience monitoring applications using Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics , or equivalent tools. • Strong troubleshooting skills across application logs, APIs, databases, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines. • Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, SLA management, and operational reporting. • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, full stack development, SRE, DevOps, or environment support. • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, and release support . • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
