Job description

Location: United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Germany | 100% Remote | 60% International Travel Build the Territory. Open Doors. Drive Growth. Fieldpiece is a leading innovator in professional HVACR tools and test instruments, trusted by technicians around the world to help them work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer-focused solutions, we're continuing to expand our international presence. We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Distribution Account Manager to establish and grow our business across Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA). This is a 100% remote, field-based position open to candidates residing in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Germany, with approximately 60% international travel. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first dedicated sales professional in a developing territory, building on the strength of an established brand while creating new opportunities for growth. We're looking for someone who loves the hunt—opening doors, developing new distributor relationships, identifying untapped markets, and winning business. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on individual contributor role with direct responsibility for territory development and sales results. If you're energized by creating opportunities rather than inheriting them and know how to turn distributor relationships into meaningful revenue growth, we'd love to talk. What You'll Do • Develop and execute sales strategies across diverse international markets in Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa. • Own territory revenue, forecasting, and sales performance. • Prospect and secure new distributor accounts and build a strong pipeline. • Drive distributor engagement, product awareness, and sell-through. • Develop relationships with HVACR contractors, technicians, and end users to generate demand. • Represent Fieldpiece at international industry events and trade shows. • Share market insights and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth. • Significant B2B sales experience with a proven track record in selling for a manufacturer through wholesale or two-step distribution. • Demonstrated success hunting for new business, opening accounts, and developing new markets or territories in Central Europe, Middle East and/or Africa. • Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable owning a large, geographically diverse territory independently. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Professional fluency in English and additional languages such as German, Dutch, French, or Arabic. • Residence in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Germany. • Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 60%. Strongly Preferred • HVACR industry experience, ideally with professional tools, test instruments, or equipment. • Established knowledge of HVACR distributors, contractors, and technicians within Central Europe, the Middle East, or Africa. • Bachelor’s degree. Why Fieldpiece? • Build Something of Your Own. Be the first dedicated sales professional in a developing international territory, establishing relationships, creating market presence, and directly influencing its success. You’ll have the support of strong sales and marketing teams to help you succeed. • The Strength of an Established Brand. Represent innovative, high-quality products from a respected HVACR industry leader while developing new business opportunities. Fieldpiece continues to invest in product innovation, connected technologies, and solutions that help HVACR professionals work more effectively. Ready to Build Something Great? If you're a proven distribution sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and growing a business across international markets, we'd love to hear from you.
