Job Description We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong hands-on experience in 2–3 end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations . The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, along with experience working with S.L.A.T.E. and Moveworks . Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions . • Lead/participate in 2–3 full-cycle HRSD implementations , from requirements gathering through deployment and production support. • Configure HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Services, HR Catalog, HR Knowledge, and HR Lifecycle Events . • Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Workflows . • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow S.L.A.T.E. and its capabilities. • Experience implementing/integrating Moveworks with ServiceNow HRSD for AI-powered employee support and automation. • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub . • Work closely with HR business teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable HRSD solutions. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support HRSD applications and integrations. Required Skills • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD . • 2–3 end-to-end HRSD implementations is required. • Strong experience with HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Services, HR Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events . • Experience with S.L.A.T.E. • Experience with Moveworks + ServiceNow HRSD integration/implementation . • Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting skills. • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, customization, and integration best practices.
