- Monitor progress, identify blockers, and escalate concerns as needed to senior project managers or technical leads.
- Apply basic cloud delivery concepts (Lift & Shift, Re-platforming, Refactoring) under guidance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- At least one entry-level cloud certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, Azure Administrator – Associate, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer) or willingness to obtain within 3–6 months.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid/Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as MS Office/Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, Asana/Trello, Smartsheet, Miro/Figma, Slack/Teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with internal teams and customers.
- General awareness of IT/cloud compliance and security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Practical exposure to cloud environments or cloud-related projects.
- Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
- Scrum/Agile certifications (CSM/PSM, CSPO/PSPO) or experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe).
- Associate or Professional-level cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and system administration (Windows/Linux).
- Experience working in multi-regional, cross-cultural teams.
