Technical Program Manager at Synopsys, Inc.

Job description

We Are Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products. We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow. You Are You have spent a decade learning that rolling out a new process across 30,000 people is not about writing the perfect document, it is about understanding why the team in Bangalore does things differently than the team in Munich and finding a way that works for both. You know the difference between compliance that becomes checkbox theater and compliance that actually makes products better, and you have strong opinions about which one matters. You are the person who walks into a room where Engineering, Legal, DevOps, and Security are all talking past each other and finds the thread that gets everyone aligned on what actually needs to happen by Q3. You do not need a perfect roadmap to start, you build it as you go, adjusting when reality shifts without losing sight of the outcome that matters. You have rolled out processes that stuck. Not the ones that looked good in the kickoff deck, the ones people actually use six months later because you built them with the teams, not for them. You think in systems, you communicate in plain language, and you know how to move a matrixed organization without formal authority. At Synopsys, you will lead programs that reshape how thousands of engineers build, release, and qualify software that powers the semiconductor industry. What You'll Be Doing • Lead corporate-level engineering transformation programs that change how Synopsys develops, releases, and qualifies software products across global teams • Define and roll out scalable processes for product development, release management, and compliance, working directly with product teams to ensure adoption sticks • Guide cross-functional product teams through industry standard compliance requirements, translating regulatory and market needs into executable engineering plans At Synopsys, we want talented people of every background to feel valued and supported to do their best work. Synopsys considers all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, military veteran status, or disability. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request. The base salary range for this role is across the U.S.
