The Expertise and Skills You Bring A proven understanding of Agile software development methodologies Appreciation for and alignment to standard methodologies regarding object-oriented design, coding standards, RESTful service development and integration, common design patterns, secure application development, and test coverage Familiarity with design patterns and microservices architecture Active interest in new technology and emerging engineering practices Proficiency with server-side/mid-tier languages, frameworks, libraries, and related technologies: (e.g. Java, Spring Boot) Proficiency in developing containerized applications using Docker on Kubernetes Proficiency with API Gateway management and orchestration using technologies such as Stratum or Apigee. Experience with client-side languages, libraries, and frameworks: (e.g. Angular/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS) Familiarity with non-functional application requirement and technologies to support. Strong background in unit testing and/or API testing Experience with AWS (ex: EC2, ELB, VPCs, EKS, Serverless) is preferred.
