Hands-on: You enjoy being involved in every stage of development, from the initial sketch through sample review and production. Entrepreneurial: You see opportunities, take initiative, and help build solutions rather than waiting for direction. Resourceful: You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding practical solutions when there isn’t an established playbook. Fast-moving: You thrive in an environment where priorities can change quickly and great ideas move from concept to market at a rapid pace. Accountable: You take ownership of your work and follow projects through to completion. Detail-oriented: You understand that the details in construction, materials, and specifications can have a major impact on the final product. Collaborative: You communicate clearly and build strong relationships across design, development, sourcing, merchandising, and vendor teams. Product-focused: You care about how a product looks, feels, functions, and performs for the customer . What Success Looks Like: You independently move assigned products from concept through development and production. You consistently deliver high-quality work while meeting fast-moving timelines. You help expand the Home assortment with commercially relevant, differentiated products that feel distinctly Comfrt.
