Like the industry we represent, we have a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive culture grounded in trust, hospitality, collaboration, and innovation. These are the core values that inspire our work and what we seek in an experienced Product and Growth Marketing Manager who will lead marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across our Subscription Services, Partner Solutions, and Workforce Development initiatives.
We provide best-in-class resources and training to restaurant operators, foodservice businesses, and hoteliers worldwide. We equip our audience with innovative learning experiences utilizing a subscription-based platform, as well as offering best training to our workforce, focusing on career development and restaurant operational practices. The learning products offered by the National Restaurant Association and its family of brands, RestaurantOwner, ServSafe, ServSuccess, National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, and American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute, have led the way in training and certifying millions of current and future hospitality workers.
As a key member of the Product and Growth Marketing team, you will lead marketing strategy, go-to-market execution, lifecycle engagement, and growth initiatives across three critical business areas:
• RestaurantOwner.com Subscription Services
• Partner Solutions Portfolio (Healthcare HQ and Strategic Partner Products)

You will be responsible for driving subscriber growth, customer engagement, partner marketing execution, and workforce program awareness through coordinated marketing campaigns, customer communications, partner enablement, digital marketing initiatives, and cross-functional project leadership.
Working closely with Product Management, Enterprise Marketing, Workforce Development, Business Development, Customer Success, State Restaurant Associations, and external partners, you will execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multiple product and program portfolios.
Ideal candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, subscription services, and/or product-led growth environments. This position requires a collaborative marketer who is both strategic and hands-on, with expertise in customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention, and revenue growth. The successful candidate brings a strong understanding of modern marketing best practices, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for optimizing the end-to-end customer experience. Position requires a highly adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The work you will do as part of our Product Marketing team will help drive innovative solutions and resources that help strengthen and support the industry's workforce. We look forward to hearing from you!
We are proud to offer our team members comprehensive benefits, designed to support their financial, professional, and personal well-being. In addition to outstanding healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), competitive salaries, generous vacation and leave time, we offer a matching 401(k) plan, a unique collection of corporate discounts and memberships, as well as programs to support career and skills development, including learning and tuition assistance, and so much more.
