Job description

ABOUT DUALENTRY DualEntry is building the OS for finance. Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world's largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s. DualEntry's AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk. In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies. We hire outliers - people who have achieved difficult things, in their careers or beyond. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS NOW WHERE YOU'LL CREATE IMPACT - Define how DualEntry shows up in the world. You’ll make decisions that shape perception with CFOs, operators and finance teams: an audience that notices when something feels cheap and responds when something feels considered - Lead dualentry.com dualentry.com as a living expression of the brand. From landing pages and feature pages to campaign moments, you’ll design with an obsessive eye for hierarchy, craft and conversion - Drive the creative for DualEntry’s events presence: CFO dinners, conference booths, sponsored activations. You’ll ensure every physical touchpoint feels as intentional as the digital ones - Build scalable systems, not one-off assets. Deck masters, social frameworks, email layouts, print templates: you’ll create the infrastructure that lets brand quality compound over time - Partner directly with PMM, Marketing, and Sales as a creative strategist. You know how to receive a brief, challenge it when it’s wrong and translate positioning into visual storytelling that lands WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS - Hardcore work ethic and high agency - 4+ years of design experience in-house at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, a top-tier agency or both. The best candidates will have seen both environments - A portfolio that makes us stop scrolling. Strong work across brand identity, web, print and event or environmental design. Multidisciplinary range is essential. We’re looking for craft and conviction, not volume - You’ve built and evolved brand systems, not just executed within them. You understand the difference between a brand guide and a living identity - You have a point of view about what great B2B brand looks like, and the confidence to defend it. To a CEO, a PMM, or a vendor who wants to take the easy path - You operate at both strategic and executional altitude without losing quality at either end. You can define the system and then execute the asset - You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Tools are not a bottleneck for you. Webflow experience is a plus - High agency. You don’t wait to be told what to do next, and you don’t need creative guardrails to do your best work WHY YOU’LL THRIVE HERE - Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world - You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry - Your feedback shapes the product directly - High-speed, high-trust environment with high expectations MEET THE TEAM - Ana linkedin.com took the lead and owned the community and events at DualEntry from end to end. Thousands of attendees across 15+ events in 6 months. Dinners, roundtables, poker night and much more! - Bram linkedin.com Founding Product Designer, designed DualEntry's AI agent end to end and built the core of the product's design system. - Sudarshan linkedin.com went from new hire to presenting design direction to the entire company within 2 weeks of joining. BENEFITS & COMPENSATION - Equity: $50,000 - $60,000 - Base Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 - Medical, dental & vision insurance - One Medical membership - Mental health support (Talkspace) - Fertility & family-building support (Kindbody) - Virtual healthcare (Teladoc Health) - 401(k) - Commuter benefits - Learning & development budget for courses, certifications & language learning - Unlimited AI tokens - AI skills development & enablement - Flexible PTO (27 days, including public holidays) - Collaborative, in-office culture with no bureaucracy - Snacks, drinks, team events & more “The biggest problems are solved by people willing to take on what others think is impossible.
