• Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, and operations teams to communicate customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Develop relationships with integration partners and other strategic organizations to generate new business opportunities.
• Research market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Participate in industry seminars, trade shows, and other business development activities.
• Monitor post-sales communications and coordinate with internal support teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with sales leadership, business development, technical support, and other field sales team members to achieve organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and other database or CRM applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support customers and develop business within the assigned territory.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
