Compensation Package • Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 for Account Managers; $80,000 - $110,000 for Senior Account Managers • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available • Remote Work: Optional work-from-home day on Fridays; in-office Monday through Thursday • Travel: Some travel required to visit local clients Responsibilities • Independently manage and service a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. • Handle both new and renewal business quotes, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. • Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery. • Conduct occasional client visits to strengthen relationships and understand their evolving needs. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with expert guidance. Qualifications/Requirements • Minimum of 2+ years of experience independently managing a book of business in a client-facing role. • Proven ability to handle accounts of varying sizes and industries. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Familiarity with quoting new and renewal business. • Willingness to travel locally as needed. • Availability to work in-office Monday through Thursday, with an optional remote workday on Fridays. • Candidates with experience in smaller shops, mid-to-large independents, or captives are encouraged to apply. #LI-RT1
