Job description

Milani Cosmetics is built on a simple belief: beauty should feel exceptional, every day. For more than 20 years, that principle has guided the brand's mission to raise the standard of mass beauty. Working with trusted suppliers in Italy, South Korea, the US and beyond, Milani creates formulas with premium ingredients, rich pigments and meticulous detail; products designed to exceed expectations. Today, Milani has built a cult following as the #7 U.S. mass color cosmetics brand, the third fastest-growing brand and the only independent brand in the top 10. Milani is known for its best-selling Baked Blush, crafted through a unique baking process on Italian terracotta tiles, along with Make It Last Setting Spray Original, the #1 ranked mass setting spray. The brand’s products feature premium skin-loving ingredients and technologies such as guava fruit extract, blue algae, chamomile, glycerin and niacinamide, and all products are proudly cruelty-free. For Milani, what’s inside matters, which is why every product is made with ingredients worthy of the consumers who wear them. What's Inside is Everything! Milani Cosmetics is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (Digital & Social) to help define how the brand lives, moves, and connects with consumers across the digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for a conceptually strong, digitally native brand designer who can take a marketing brief from objective to idea to execution. You understand how to build a compelling visual world around a product or campaign—and how it should flex across Instagram, TikTok, MilaniCosmetics.com, Amazon, retailer PDPs, email, paid media, and emerging platforms while remaining unmistakably Milani. You combine exceptional taste with strong execution, moving comfortably between campaign concepts, social-first ideas, conversion-minded ecommerce, and scalable digital systems. Reporting to the Art Director and partnering closely with the Executive Creative Director, you will help raise Milani's digital creative standard while leading design across key initiatives—developing the creative vision, establishing clear systems and direction, and guiding supporting designers, agencies, creators, and production partners through execution. hooks, pacing, sequencing, supers, transitions, product reveals, and calls-to-action when developing moving content • Develop repeatable content series and systems that strengthen a recognizable Milani social identity Digital, Ecommerce & Performance • Develop elevated creative across MilaniCosmetics.com, Amazon, retailer PDPs, email, landing pages, paid media, and digital campaigns • Translate product benefits, claims, ingredients, textures, shades, application, and results into compelling ecommerce storytelling • Design for the consumer journey from discovery and consideration through education and conversion • Balance elevated brand expression with clarity, mobile readability, shopability, and performance • Partner with Ecommerce, Marketing, Social, and Copy to evolve creative using performance insights and consumer behavior • Build scalable systems that flex efficiently across products, franchises, retailers, promotions, and formats Creative Leadership & Ownership
