The Role This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and technical account management. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you are the technical anchor for our clients. You will bridge the gap between our internal engineering teams and our enterprise partners, ensuring that our APIs, SDKs, and marketing technologies are implemented seamlessly. Actively explore and implement AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and campaign processes. Requirements Hands-on ability to write basic glue code and successfully execute API integrations. You are a fast, clear communicator—written, verbal, and in a whiteboard session. Self-starter mentality with a collaborative, team-first attitude. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Based in NYC (or the tri-state area) and able to commit to 3–4 days in the Midtown office.
