Job description

ABOUT DEXMATE Dexmate is building the foundation for physical AI — combining a new generation of robots with a universal Physical AI OS, making robots as easy to build and deploy as software. Today, robotics is fragmented, slow, and closed: most builders are forced to reinvent the same stack again and again, and most ideas never make it past the prototype stage. We exist to change that. Our mission is to democratize robotics by lowering the barrier to entry, delivering a plug-and-play platform for developers, researchers, and enterprises, and cultivating an open ecosystem that accelerates the evolution of physical AI. If you want to help shape the next layer of human capability — and believe the future of robotics should be built together, not in isolation — we'd love to build it with you. THE ROLE We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own how the world discovers Dexmate. You'll build and run the programs that generate qualified pipeline for our physical AI platforms and turn demand into measurable revenue. This is a hands-on, data-driven role spanning demand generation and performance marketing. ideal for someone who's equally comfortable writing ad copy, wiring up attribution in customer.io customer.io, and briefing sales on a new account list. You'll be an early marketing hire with real ownership. You'll set up the funnel, prove what works, and scale it. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own demand generation end to end: build and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, events, ABM) that generate and nurture qualified leads for Dexmate. - Run performance marketing across paid search, paid social, and display. managing budgets, optimizing CAC, and continuously testing creative, audiences, and landing pages. - Own SEO/GEO and the website funnel: improve organic visibility, conversion rates, and the path from first visit to demo request or order the product. - Build account-based marketing programs targeting our target audience in close partnership with sales. - Instrument and report on the full funnel. set up tracking, dashboards, and attribution so every dollar and channel is measurable. - Partner with sales to align on ICP, lead scoring, and handoff, and to keep pipeline moving. - Support product launches, trade shows, and events with campaigns that drive attendance and follow-up conversion.
