Total Rewards: • Salary range $116,100 - $170,000 • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility Requirements: WHAT YOU BRING • 5+ years of progressive sales or account management experience, ideally in CPG, Beverage, or a Fortune 500 environment. • Dollar General experience is a strong plus—you know the retailer’s culture, priorities, and pace. • Proven track record of building strategic account plans and delivering measurable revenue and profit growth. • Strong financial acumen: you’re comfortable owning a P&L and making data-driven decisions. • Exceptional communicator and presenter—you can inspire a room of executives as easily as you can align a cross-functional working team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis, storytelling, and planning. YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF… • You’re energized by big, complex customer relationships—not intimidated by them. • You lead with insights and earn alignment through credibility, not title. • You balance long-term vision with short-term execution without losing focus on either. • You take ownership seriously and treat the business like it’s your own.
