Job description

Lead the Growth of Fieldpiece Across Benelux, France and Italy Fieldpiece is a global leader in professional HVACR tools and test instruments, known for developing innovative products that technicians rely on every day. As we continue to expand across Europe, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Leader to manage salespeople in France, Italy & Benelux and to lead our commercial growth across some of our most important EMEA markets. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant autonomy and ownership. You’ll lead and develop sales teams across France, Italy, and Benelux, own regional revenue performance, strengthen our distributor and partner network, and help determine where and how we invest to accelerate growth. And while this is a leadership position, it’s definitely not a desk job. You’ll stay close to the market—working directly with customers, distributors, partners, and your team to understand what’s happening locally and turn those insights into action. This is a remote position, and you must live within the territory - Benelux, France, or Italy. What You’ll Do • Own revenue growth and commercial performance across France, Italy, and Benelux • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote sales team • Drive new business, pipeline development, and key customer relationships • Develop and execute regional distributor and channel strategy • Personally support strategic accounts and important sales opportunities • Adapt global go-to-market strategy to local markets and customer needs • Partner with Marketing to localize positioning, campaigns, and market initiatives • Own regional forecasting, budgets, priorities, and resource decisions • Hire and develop talent as the business continues to grow • Represent Fieldpiece with customers, partners, distributors, and at industry events • Bring market insights back into the organization to help shape regional strategy • 10+ years of proven success in a senior sales leadership role - building, leading, and developing remote sales teams • Strong track record of growing revenue and developing markets in Europe – particularly in Benelux, France, and Italy • Strong experience with distributor/channel sales and key account management and working across both direct and indirect sales models • Experience in HVACR or closely related industry • Commercially minded, data-driven, and highly results-oriented - comfortable setting strategy while remaining hands-on with customers and execution • Strong forecasting, planning, and CRM discipline • Confident operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and markets • Fluent English required; French, Italian, and/or Dutch strongly preferred • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region A degree is preferred but not required—we value relevant experience and demonstrated results. Why Fieldpiece? This is an opportunity to do more than manage an established territory. You’ll have the autonomy to shape how we grow across France, Italy, and Benelux, develop the people and partnerships needed to scale, and directly influence the long-term success of Fieldpiece in Europe. You’ll join a growing EMEA organization where decisions can be made quickly, leaders stay close to customers, and strong ideas can turn into action. If you’re a commercial leader who can think strategically, develop great people, build strong distributor partnerships, and still enjoys being in the field driving the business, we’d love to hear from you. Our Culture At Fieldpiece, our values shape how we work, collaborate, and serve our customers every day. We use the TURTL acronym to show that we believe in: • TRIBE – We collaborate, support one another, and win as a team. • Upfront Homework – We come prepared, begin with the end in mind and address obstacles with creativity, grit and tenacity. • Right Stuff – We deliver innovative solutions by seeing through the eyes of our customers and use purposeful critical thinking to lead to greatness. • Trust – We build strong relationships through credibility, accountability and transparency. • Lean – We embrace curiosity, continuous improvement, learning from failures and delivering results. • No Ego – We leave titles and egos at the door, value the best ideas regardless of where they come from, and work together with humility, openness, and mutual respect. At Fieldpiece, we're building more than innovative products - we're building careers. If you're looking for a place where your work matters and your contributions are recognized, we'd love to meet you.
