Job description

At Qualtrics, we create software the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. But we are more than a platform—we are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18K clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention—but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers. When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the mic and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities—ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing. Senior Digital UX Designer Why We Have This Role The Web & Digital Experience team turns strategy into experiences that define Qualtrics.com . We are seeking a Senior Web UX/UI Designer who can take UX strategy and component systems and transform them into designs that balance user needs, brand expression, and business goals. You'll own translating UX principles into polished, conversion-optimized designs at a pivotal moment as we determine the future of our digital presence. How You'll Find Success You’ll translate strategy into execution, producing polished, conversion-driving designs. You’ll balance user needs, brand compliance, technical feasibility, and business goals without compromising quality. You’ll use your strong UX instincts to create user-centered flows, not just screens. You're fluent in design systems and know when to extend vs. follow established patterns. You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including executives. You're self-directed and can independently scope, design, test, and iterate solutions. You’ll think in systems that scale across thousands of pages and multiple languages. How You'll Grow Shape the digital face of a category-defining company, with your work visible to millions and directly impacting revenue. Show expertise in modern web design at scale across responsive design, accessibility, internationalization, and conversion optimization. Gain exposure to executive stakeholders and drive high-stakes launches. Define your own growth trajectory—deepen IC expertise, lead agency resources, or explore management based on your interests. Experiment with new approaches, AI integration, and push boundaries in web design. Things You'll Do Design high-fidelity mockups for new and updated pages, translating UX strategy into brand-forward designs that drive conversion. Own user flow optimization and create wireframes and prototypes to test concepts. Collaborate on design systems, color implementation, and component application. Partner with CRO specialists on A/B test design and iteration using data insights. Work cross-functionally with SEO, content, localization, and engineering teams. Ensure accessibility as a core principle, not a checkbox. Conduct usability testing and maintain mobile responsiveness across breakpoints. Manage user experience programs to identify gaps, opportunities, and validate design decisions based on real user needs and behaviors.
