Dashboard / Front-End Engineer – R2R Agentic Automation Experience: 6–9 years Domain: Healthcare / Medicaid Project: Medicaid Record-to-Report (R2R) AI/Agentic Automation Rate – 65/hr Remote / WFO / Hybrid: Remote Hire Type (FTE/Contract): Contract Project Duration: 5 months – most likely to extend till 12 months Expected Start Date: 11/02/2026 Role Summary We are seeking a Dashboard / Front-End Engineer to build secure, intuitive Controller-facing dashboards for Medicaid R2R processes, covering close-status monitoring, reconciliations, exceptions, agent recommendations, approvals, and drill-down traceability . Key Responsibilities • Develop responsive Controller dashboards using React and TypeScript. • Build reconciliation, exception, KPI, and close-status views with drill-down capabilities. • Present AI/agent recommendations, supporting evidence, and actionable insights . • Implement review, approve/reject, assignment, and escalation workflows. • Integrate UI components with backend APIs, agent services, and Databricks-based data services. • Implement role-based access and secure handling of PHI/PII. • Build reusable UI components and ensure performance, accessibility, testing, and production readiness. • Collaborate with Finance, Medicaid, Data, AI, Backend, UX, QA, and Security teams. Required Technical Skills • Strong React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Modern front-end architecture and reusable component design • REST API integration and asynchronous data handling • State management using Redux, Zustand, React Context, TanStack Query, or equivalent • Dashboarding and data visualization libraries • Authentication, authorization, and RBAC • Responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization • Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing • Git, CI/CD, logging, telemetry, and production troubleshooting Preferred Technology Experience • Databricks Apps • Azure / Microsoft Entra ID • Databricks SQL / Delta Lake / Unity Catalog • React visualization frameworks such as Plotly, Recharts, D3.js, or equivalent • Material UI, Fluent UI, or similar design systems • Experience integrating front ends with AI agents and human-in-the-loop workflows Healthcare / Medicaid Knowledge Working knowledge of: • Medicaid enrollment, eligibility, and capitation • Claims, encounters, and reconciliation • R2R financial close, exceptions, approvals, and controls • HIPAA and PHI/PII security requirements Ideal Candidate A strong React/TypeScript front-end engineer experienced in building data-intensive enterprise dashboards who can translate complex Medicaid, finance, and AI-agent outputs into simple, secure, traceable, and actionable Controller experiences .
