Ability to work independently and lead teams. Proven understanding of source control tools and concepts such as git workflows, versioning, and branching.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and business units.

Experience with compiled and systems-level languages including C/C , Rust, and/or frontend libraries such as ThreeJS.
Experience with application performance monitoring and observability technologies (Datadog, ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
Experience with Agile methodologies, including active participation in sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, with a proven track record of following good engineering practices for merge requests (MRs), code reviews, and adherence to Code Development Standards.
Aerospace industry experience with safety-critical software development and/or tools qualification activities, including conformance to standards such as NPR 7150.2D, DO-178C, DO-278, DO-330, or equivalent safety-critical software development standards.
