Job description

Our Mission Healthie is an AI-Native, ONC Certified EHR for modern outpatient healthcare. Healthie is proud to power clinically excellent healthcare for over 40,000 providers who deliver clinically excellent healthcare - longitudinal and collaboratively, with patient and provider experiences at the center. Both healthcare and technology are undergoing unparalleled industry innovation, and it’s incredible to see the momentum - from consumers, from providers, and from reimbursement for this type of healthcare - grow exponentially. We provide the powerful infrastructure every care delivery organization needs. On the surface this includes EHR, Scheduling, Engagement, Billing, Data, and much more. Underneath the iceberg are thousands of configurations, settings, widgets, automations, and limitless capabilities because we are an API-first platform. Our fully brandable platform makes it easy for clinics and organizations of any size to scale and never reach a limit. Today, over 3 billion API calls are made to Healthie every month, as thousands of organizations who work with more than 21 million patients in total, rely on Healthie to deliver clinically excellent healthcare in over 35 specialties, from behavioral healthcare to complex chronic care management and personalized medicine. We believe in the power of technology to improve access to healthcare and we’re building the rails that make this a reality. We work fast and with quality because we provide business-critical, healthcare-critical software that clinicians and patients need for a better healthcare system. We’re customer-obsessed, operate with lightning-fast processes and responses, and always share our product roadmap publicly- so customers can see what we’re building, and remain relentlessly focused on how care gets delivered. Healthie is backed by leading investors, and while we've $42M raised to date, more importantly, we operate with fiscal responsibility and have been profitable for more than half of our time as a company. We know that building an ONC-Certified EHR is a lifetime’s body of work, and we are here to build for our customers forever. Learn more at gethealthie.com About the role We’re hiring a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to build and ship the campaigns that fuel Healthie’s acquisition engine — from the landing pages that attract prospects to the sequences that convert them. This is a role for a marketer first, and a high-volume executor by nature. You’ll own campaign execution across paid, lifecycle, webinars, and lead generation — deciding the size and shape of each campaign, how it fits within our broader marketing ecosystem, and writing the landing pages, emails, and creative briefs that make it work. You won’t be doing it all by hand; you’ll use AI to optimize, repeat, and scale your output, while bringing the marketing instincts, editorial judgment, and human sensitivity to make sure every asset actually lands. You’ll work closely with the Director of User Acquisition, our Growth Ops Manager, and our Partnerships Manager to ensure every demand and revenue-driving channel is fed and moving. You’ll brief and write; Growth Ops builds and reports. This role is right for someone who thinks in funnels, writes with precision, ships at volume, and is genuinely excited about leveraging AI to work faster and smarter without sacrificing quality. Your success will be measured by the metrics that matter — leads & MQLs generated, conversion rates, and revenue. Campaign Strategy & Execution Own the campaigns that turn messaging into demand — knowing how the pieces fit together and what each one is supposed to do. Determine the size, shape, and sequencing of 2–4 major demand generation campaigns per quarter, and how each fits within our larger lifecycle ecosystem — then develop cohesive assets across landing pages, email nurture, webinar funnels, promotional assets, and creative briefs for paid ads Translate positioning and campaign themes into clear, conversion-focused messaging that drives MQLs and pipeline — versioned across audience segments, specialties, and buyer stages Audit and maintain evergreen campaign workflows — identifying gaps, cutting underperformers, and keeping messaging aligned with evolving demand generation goals, in partnership with Growth Ops Support co-marketing and partner campaign execution in coordination with the Partnerships lead Own the campaign and promotional plan for Healthie’s major seasonal demand pushes, including year-end acquisition blitz planning and execution Build repeatable AI workflows that increase output and performance every quarter, and own the quality of everything they produce. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales/BD, RevOps, and Growth Ops to keep messaging accurate, competitive, and consistent across the funnel, handing off briefs and approved copy to Growth Ops to build. Campaign Content Write the campaign content that makes every acquisition channel work. Write and edit campaign copy: conversion-focused landing pages, lifecycle emails and drip sequences, and webinar promotion and follow-up Write creative briefs and ad copy direction for paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn Produce A/B variants across formats — managing that volume with precision is a core part of the job Maintain a campaign calendar across segments and funnel stages — knowing who we’re talking to, what we’re saying, and when Performance & Optimization Own the performance of your output end-to-end — leads generated, trial starts, meetings booked, and revenue contribution are how success is measured here Monitor landing page, email, and nurture performance continuously — not as a reporting exercise, but as an input to what gets built next Run A/B tests across copy, creative, and offers; use results to sharpen messaging and cut what isn’t working Identify conversion bottlenecks across the funnel and bring a POV on how to fix them — not just flags, but recommendations About you 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing Proven track record of shipping conversion-focused campaigns at volume Strong writer and structured thinker who can translate defined messaging frameworks into compelling content across formats and channels Experience building and executing across landing pages, email sequences, webinar funnels, paid creative briefs and ad copy, and promotional campaigns Hands-on AI fluency — you’ve built repeatable workflows and skills that improved speed, quality, or results, and can show us examples Familiar with funnel metrics and attribution concepts; experienced in supporting optimization and experimentation Collaborative working style with the ability to execute quickly within established strategic direction Moves fast without cutting corners. You respond quickly and ship quickly, and you know our product is business-critical for clinicians and patients.
