• Design and develop analytics tracking solutions by defining event-based tracking logic, data-layer structures, naming conventions, variables, and data attributes required to capture user interactions across web and mobile applications.
• Configure and maintain tag management implementations using Tealium iQ, including data sources, load rules, extensions, tag configurations, and integrations with analytics and other digital technology platforms
• Develop and maintain analytics implementation specifications that map business requirements to technical components such as page views, custom events, Adobe Analytics eVars and props, data-layer variables, and tag-management rules.
• Work with software engineering and application development teams to implement analytics tracking requirements within web and mobile applications and verify that technical implementations conform to established specifications and data standards
• Perform technical testing and debugging of analytics implementations using browser developer tools, network-request inspection, Omnibug,Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles Proxy, and other debugging utilities to identify and resolve tracking, data-layer, and payload issues.
• Develop and execute SQL queries against large clickstream and transactional datasets to validate application-generated analytics data, identify data discrepancies, reconcile information between source systems and analytics platforms, and support data-quality analysis
• Analyze and troubleshoot application and analytics data-processing issues by investigating anomalies, identifying root causes, validating data flows, and coordinating corrective actions with engineering and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain technical reporting and analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics Workspace, Report Builder, and BI tools to process and present application-generated data, monitor system metrics, and support analysis of digital customer interactions.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle and Agile development processes by contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, release validation, and production-readiness activities for analytics-related application changes.
• Validate data integrity and system functionality following application releases by testing tracking changes, identifying regressions, comparing expected and actual outputs, and ensuring that analytics data feeds and downstream reporting systems continue to operate correctly.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Business, and Engineering teams to resolve technical requirements, document system dependencies, communicate implementation risks, and provide technical recommendations for improving the reliability, functionality, and performance of digital analytics solutions.
