Dagen Personnel is recruiting a Treasury Analyst for a 3–4 month contract assignment in Southwest Houston.
The position will report to the Senior Treasury Manager and requires working in the office daily.
• Prepare & input wires for US & Canada as needed
• Provide support to internal customers for wire research, investigations, ck copies, statements, etc.
• Create and maintain Intercompany Loan schedules
• Assist with new Letters of credit issuances; communicating with internal requesters and lenders
• Maintenance on existing Letters of Credit; renewals, cancellations, research
• Maintain all Letters of Credit folders to ensure they're updated & complete.
• Review & update as needed monthly schedule of outstanding Letters of Credit
• Create journal entries to record incoming or outgoing cash transactions related to intercompany loans
• Reconcile intercompany loan out of balances
• Provide internal and external auditor requested documentation
• Assist Sr. Treasury Mgr with cash forecasting/positioning
• Assist Sr. Treasury Mgr for debt draws/repayments
• Assist Sr. Treasury Mgr for foreign trade executions.
• Assist with Borrowing Base calculations
• Assist with Compliance certificates
• Assist with Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Calculation
• Provide support to internal customers for wire research, investigations, ck copies, statements, etc.
• Enter monthly NFC exposures in OneStream for US entities for intercompany loans
• Assist with global bank account maintenance.
• Amend existing loan agreements to ensure compliance with loan schedules.
• Preparer for Global Cash Balances Report
• OneStream to Global cash reconciliation
• Assist with finding/organizing/maintaining due diligence materials for refinance project.
