Job description

At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. The Business Travel team helps people who travel for work choose Lyft, and grows business travel as a line of business, one of Lyft’s growth priorities. Our customers include individual riders and the companies that offer Lyft as an employee benefit, so the work spans consumer and B2B products. Since launching Lyft Business Rewards in 2025, we’ve seen strong traction with business travelers. Next, we want to make Lyft the most rewarding and reliable way to travel for work. We’re looking for an engineering manager with a solid software background and experience leading engineers, who has shipped consumer or B2B2C products alongside product, design, and data partners. You can build trust with a team quickly, set a clear rhythm for planning and communication, and grow engineers into future tech leads.
