Collaborate Cross-Functionally | Partner with designers, producers, editors, and external IP holders to bring cohesive products to life. Translate IPs | Work with internal teams and external partners to authentically integrate Magic IP and Universes Beyond worlds into collectible formats. What You’ll Bring: Art Direction Experience | 2+ years in commercial art direction, visual development, or a related field.
