Job description
Application deadline: Oct 28, 2026
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, as a Delivery Consultant you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. - 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
- 7+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience
- 5+ years of software development with object oriented language experience
- 5+ years of integration, testing and automation experience
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Hands-on experience with distributed model training (multi-node, multi-GPU), inference optimization (vLLM, TensorRT, or equivalent), and experiment tracking — with the ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks across model architecture, data pipeline, and hardware utilization.
- Experience with AI/ML platform tooling and orchestration — container-based ML workflows, pipeline orchestration (Airflow, MLFlow, Run:ai, or equivalent), data versioning, and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent) — sufficient to build end-to-end reference workflows across training, inference, and agentic use cases.
- Experience creating tutorials, worked examples, and reference architectures for AI/ML platforms — building a knowledge base that enables users with varying levels of platform familiarity to onboard and execute workflows independently.
- Deep hands-on experience across the AI/ML lifecycle — including data preparation, model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment — on large GPU accelerated platforms, with demonstrated ability to work across multiple model architectures (LLMs, vision, multimodal).
- Experience translating AI/ML expertise into mission or business outcomes for non-ML audiences — including helping users adopt complex platforms and designing domain-specific workflows.
