Job description

Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner Are you interested in harnessing technology and AI to transform healthcare? At XiFin , we believe a healthier, more efficient healthcare system starts with strong financial and operational foundations. Our innovative technologies help diagnostic providers, laboratories, and healthcare systems manage complexity, drive better outcomes, and stay focused on what matters most: patient care . We’re on a mission to simplify the business side of healthcare—and we know that mission takes people from all backgrounds and experiences. Whether you’re early in your career or bringing years of expertise, we welcome your perspective, your curiosity, and your passion. We value individuals who ask questions, challenge the status quo, and want to grow while making a real difference. About the Role Great recruiting isn’t about how many resumes you can send to a hiring manager. It’s about understanding what the business needs, knowing how to find the right talent, and owning the search until the right person joins the organization. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who has built their career around recruiting and wants to continue doing exactly that. This role is for someone who loves recruiting. You enjoy the hunt, know how to find talent others may not, can evaluate candidates beyond the resume, and care deeply about the quality of the people you bring into an organization. You will serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the business, from front-line management through the executive level, while remaining hands-on throughout the entire recruiting process. From the initial intake through sourcing, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer and close, you own the search. How you will make an impact: In this role, you’ll: • Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from initial intake through accepted offer. • Lead thoughtful intake conversations with hiring managers to understand the business need, role requirements, team dynamics, success profile, and candidate market. • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent, including passive candidates who may not be actively looking. • Source, engage, interview, and assess candidates, looking beyond the resume to understand capabilities, motivation, communication skills, and alignment with the opportunity. • Present hiring managers with high-quality, well-vetted candidates, focusing on the strength of the slate rather than the volume of resumes. • Build trusted partnerships with leaders at all levels, providing candid market insight, recruiting expertise, and recommendations throughout the search. • Keep searches moving by proactively identifying challenges, adjusting strategies, and maintaining clear communication with hiring managers and candidates. • Manage the entire candidate journey, including sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview management, feedback, offers, negotiation, and closing. • Deliver a strong candidate experience through responsive, transparent, and timely communication. • Represent the company and our opportunities in a compelling and authentic way to prospective candidates. • Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity and candidate information within the applicant tracking system. • Take full ownership and accountability for every search you lead. What you will bring to the team: You might be a great fit if you: • Are driven by quality and take pride in finding the right candidate, not simply filling a position. • Are naturally curious and ask the questions that help you understand the business, the role, and what will truly make someone successful. • Are an exceptional communicator who builds credibility quickly and can connect just as effectively with a candidate as you can with a senior executive. • Are confident and consultative. You bring a point of view, provide candid feedback, and can respectfully challenge assumptions when needed. • Have strong instincts about people and know when to dig deeper to get to the answer. • Are proactive and resourceful. When one approach isn’t producing the right talent, you change the strategy and keep going. • Are highly accountable and self-driven • Are organized and responsive and can manage competing priorities • Are persistent and resilient. A difficult search motivates you to find another path to the right talent. • Most importantly, recruiting is your craft. You love finding great people, and this is the work you want to do. Skills and experience you have: You don’t need to check every box. We will consider a combination of education and experience, including: • 7+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience, with a career primarily focused on talent acquisition and recruiting. • A demonstrated track record of identifying, recruiting, and closing high-quality talent across professional, leadership, and executive-level positions. • Deep experience with proactive sourcing and the ability to identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, targeted research, and other sourcing strategies. • Proven experience independently managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate outreach, interviewing and assessment, candidate presentation, interview management, offers, negotiation, and closing. • Experience partnering directly with senior and executive leaders and the ability to communicate credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization. • Experience managing multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail. • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and AI tools Why XiFin? We’re more than just a healthcare technology company—we’re a team that cares about people. Here’s a glimpse at what we offer: • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and telehealth • 401(k) with company match and personalized financial coaching to support your financial future • Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions • Wellness incentives that reward your preventative healthcare activities • Tuition assistance to support your education and growth • Flexible time off and company-paid holidays • Social and fun events to build community at our locations! Pay Transparency At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected total compensation range for this role is $105,000-$146,000 , based on your experience, skills, and geographic location.
