Key Responsibilities • Manage commercialization projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and compliance standards. • Lead the stage-gate process, coordinating cross-functional readiness, governance documentation, and decision-making. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory teams. • Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. • Drive continuous improvement and lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization. Requirements • 2 years' experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field. • Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools. • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferences • PMP certificate. • MS Project knowledge. • Client experience.
