• Design OTBI/BI Publisher/Smart View reporting solutions for financial KPIs and audit trails
• Ensure architecture supports DoD financial compliance (FISCAM, DCAA, audit readiness)
• Guide integration architecture between Fusion Financials, SCM and Project Portfolio modules
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to financial functional/technical teams
• Support SIT/UAT testing cycles and resolve complex financial configuration defects
• Document financial architecture decisions, data flows, and system specifications
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7 years of Oracle Fusion Financials experience, with demonstrated architect-level solution design
• Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View

• Must be eligible to pass a T3 background investigation
• U.S. Citizenship required
Desired:
