BRDGIT LLC is the AI consulting and implementation company of The SilverLogic, a Boca Raton based custom software development and technology solutions company with more than thirteen years of experience building digital products, automation solutions, and custom software for clients worldwide.
BRDGIT helps small and mid-sized organizations move beyond AI hype and apply artificial intelligence in practical, measurable, and business-focused ways. Through our AI-Proven Process and Consulting Framework, we guide clients from assessment and strategy to implementation based on their goals, budget, and readiness.
Backed by The SilverLogic’s engineering, automation, and software development expertise, BRDGIT combines AI strategy, education, workflow automation, custom tools, and implementation support. We are now building a team to help more organizations adopt AI with confidence, clarity, and real business value.
The Opportunity
BRDGIT is hiring a full-time AI Sales Account Executive to help South Florida businesses uncover practical opportunities for AI and automation.
BRDGIT LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of The SilverLogic , an established custom software and technology company with a 13-year track record. You will focus 100% on BRDGIT sales, with access to AI engineers, AI consultants, project managers, delivery resources, and leadership.
You do not need to be technical or know how to code. We will train you on BRDGIT’s packages, pricing, use cases, and sales process. Your job is to open doors, uncover business challenges, identify where AI can create real business value, and connect clients with the right experts to turn those opportunities into solutions.
What You Will Do
Work an assigned portfolio containing thousands of pre-identified South Florida businesses.
Work 10-12 target accounts daily through walk-ins, calls, personalized emails, and follow-ups.
Use company research and website observations to create relevant conversation openers.
Speak with business owners and decision-makers about their challenges and goals.
Learn and research AI use cases for different industries.
Identify potential opportunities for AI-related education, strategy and automation.
Present BRDGIT’s packages in clear, business-focused language.
Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings to connect prospects with BRDGIT consultants.
Own the client relationship while BRDGIT’s technical team supports discovery, estimates, solutions, and proposals.
Be persistent. Stay engaged and follow up consistently until there is a clear decision or a defined next steps.
Record every interaction, opportunity, and next step in HubSpot on the same day.
Keep every active lead and opportunity updated with a stage, value, next step, and follow-up date.
What We Provide
A large, pre-identified South Florida prospect portfolio.
Detailed training on BRDGIT’s packages, services, pricing, and AI use cases.
A sales playbook, talking points, discovery questions, follow-up sequences, and researched company one-pagers.
HubSpot and pipeline-management training.
Ongoing coaching, role-playing, call reviews, and weekly pipeline support.
Access to BRDGIT and TSL technical and delivery experts.
Up to $150 monthly for approved networking and business-development expenses.
Your First 90 Days
Days 1-30: Learn the offerings and begin speaking with real prospects. Test different approaches, make reasonable mistakes, learn quickly, and develop your own natural talking track.
Days 31-60: Increase outreach, refine your approach, qualify opportunities, and build a measurable pipeline.
Days 61-90: Take full ownership of your portfolio, follow-ups, pipeline, and client relationships. Your progress and performance will be reviewed during this period to determine readiness for full quota responsibility and continued success in the role. In this time frame you should be able to demonstrate the ability to independently manage your pipeline, develop qualified opportunities, and generate measurable sales results.
Full quota responsibility begins between day 60 and day 90, depending on your experience and progress.
Who We Are Looking For
Persistent, coachable, and comfortable with rejection.
Confident walking into businesses and calling people you have not met.
Independent, highly organized, and disciplined with follow-up and CRM management.
Comfortable with continuous learning and use of AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT or similar, to do independent research in a fast paced, continuously changing industry.
Able to understand business challenges and explain value without technical language.
Willing to experiment, learn from mistakes, and adapt quickly.
Based in South Florida with reliable transportation.
Prior sales experience is helpful but not required. Persistence, communication, organization, and coachability matter more than years of experience.
Quota & Compensation
Full-time W-2, non-exempt employment.
Base salary of $35,000-$60,000 , depending on experience.
Fully ramped monthly quota of $20,000 in collected new initial project revenue , normally equal to approximately two average-sized BRDGIT engagements.
10% commission on eligible collected initial project revenue, with a performance-based opportunity to increase the rate to 12.5% , subject to BRDGIT’s Sales Commission Plan.
2.5% recurring commission on eligible collected fractional engagement revenue for as long as the engagement lasts.
Fully ramped compensation typically ranges from $70,000-$95,000 at quota, with the potential to earn $80,000-$105,000 or more through above-target sales and growth of the active fractional client portfolio.
With future upside in base salary and commissions based on performance.
Standard employee benefits and company policies apply.
Revenue counts toward quota when the agreement is signed, the first required payment is received, and the opportunity is properly recorded in HubSpot.
Performance is measured through meaningful outreach, qualified meetings, pipeline creation, follow-up discipline, CRM accuracy, fractional engagements, measurable sales results, and collected revenue.
Company Culture & Values
