Job description
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems - from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can - changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
At YouTube, our top priority is to build the best place for kids and teens. Our goal is to ensure YouTube remains a place for exploration while empowering parents to guide the journey. Joining the YouTube Global Reputation Marketing team as the Youth GTM Marketing Manager, you will lead global go-to-market strategy and execution at the intersection of product marketing and reputation marketing for YouTube's youth and family experiences.
In this role, you will own the global marketing playbook for reaching and engaging parents, deploying high-impact levers including paid media, influencer campaigns, and our global parent website. You will also lead global programs such as our Teen Digital Wellbeing initiative. Across all our GTM activities, you will partner across Product, GAPP, Comms, and regional marketing teams to educate parents and KOFs on our age-appropriate product experiences.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $171000 - $247000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
