A fast-scaling, well-funded company in Los Angeles operates highly automated production facilities serving the aerospace and defense sectors. It reached eight-figure revenue in its first year. They're looking for the leader who builds their software organisation: setting the architecture, hiring the team and staying close to the factory floor.
