What we need to see: • 8+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related supply-chain function, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Hands-on experience managing inventory accuracy and cycle-count programs in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments. • Demonstrated ability to investigate physical-to-system discrepancies and drive issues through reconciliation and closure. • Experience managing weekly operational metrics, site-performance reviews, corrective actions, and partner follow-up. • Experience working with ERP and WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan, or similar systems. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience developing operational reports, dashboards, and scorecards. • Ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving and influence internal and external teams without direct authority. Ways to stand out from the crowd: • Experience supporting multi-site or global service, repair, or warehouse operations with contract manufacturers or 3PLs. • Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Python for inventory analytics and exception reporting. • Knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, or audit controls and their working-capital implications. • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement methodologies to inventory accuracy problems. • APICS/ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
