Brand lifecycle: Standardize the process from Sales-to-Success handoff through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Turn risk and growth signals into action, and operationalize pricing and packaging changes. Systems & reporting: Own the Success systems roadmap with the Salesforce and Data teams.
