This remote opportunity combines hands-on project ownership with Agile coaching, giving you the chance to influence both what teams deliver and how they get there. Your impact • Drive technical projects from planning through release, keeping teams aligned on priorities and delivery commitments. • Partner with Product Owners to build clear, actionable backlogs and realistic sprint plans. • Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate across teams and vendors. • Use delivery metrics and retrospectives to improve predictability, collaboration, and team performance. • Give leadership clear visibility into progress, risks, and decisions. What you bring • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or technical project leader, with a track record of delivering software releases. • Strong project management instincts and the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable. • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools such as EazyBI. • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and cloud deployment practices. • Experience in CPG and Finance/HR systems, particularly payroll; beverage industry experience is preferred.
