The Person Who Will Thrive Here You are curious about technology and motivated by turning innovation into commercial impact. You ask questions, learn quickly, and can move comfortably between engineers, sales leaders, customers, executives, and creative partners. You don't need a large team or layers of infrastructure to get things done. You see what needs to happen, bring the right people together, and drive work forward. You are comfortable operating both strategically and tactically – you build the plan and then help execute it. Most importantly, you understand that great technology marketing isn't about simplifying the technology until the differentiation disappears. It's about understanding what makes the technology matter – and telling that story in a way that moves customers to action. MicroVision is proud to offer employees a comprehensive benefits package.
