• Create Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0) models of current-state and future-state financial processes using an AI process mapping tool; deliver models to the Government for review and acceptance.
• Prioritize business processes based on efficiency and impact, considering volume, cycle time, error rates, complexity, and risk; maintain a prioritized process inventory.
• Facilitate process discovery sessions and interviews with ICE financial management stakeholders to document workflows, business rules, pain points, and data flows.
• Contribute to automation and deployment strategies that align with DHS Directive 4300.1, FIPS 140-3, NIST SP 800-53, and FFMIA, coordinating with security and compliance personnel.

• Support workforce transition planning by assessing the impact of automation on roles and workloads and recommending change management and training approaches.
• Define and track performance metrics and KPIs to measure operational efficiency, data quality, and the value delivered by automation initiatives.
• Prepare reports, briefings, white papers, and decision documents for Government leadership; maintain traceability between business needs, process models, and recommendations.
