Director of Field Marketing at Frame Security

Job description

Description Location: East Coast–based candidates strongly preferred. About Frame Security: The world’s most sophisticated cyber threats are now AI-powered. It’s time for security awareness to evolve. Legacy security training is broken. For years, organizations have relied on static libraries of generic, "one-size-fits-all" content that fails to prepare employees for modern attacks like deepfake executive impersonations, AI-driven social engineering, or "vibe-coded" application threats. At Frame Security, we aren't just building another training library; we are setting the new standard for security awareness. Our AI-native platform learns an organization’s unique DNA, its policies, tools, roles, and risks, to generate personalized training and hyper-realistic simulations in minutes. From developers practicing secure coding in Java to finance teams defending against AI-generated voice phishing (vishing), we deliver training that actually reflects an employee’s real work. Join us as we build the engine that protects the human layer of every organization in the AI era. Job Summary: We're looking for a highly driven, hands-on Director of Field Marketing to establish and scale our field marketing program. This is not an event coordinator role. We need a startup-minded marketer who can build programs from scratch, execute flawlessly, and create meaningful engagement opportunities with security leaders that drives brand awareness, pipeline growth and revenue. Equally important, this role requires exceptional operational discipline: managing budgets, tracking lead source attribution and delivering clear project plans and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate also understands the cybersecurity industry landscape, and can confidently recommend which conferences, communities, sponsorships, and executive programs are worth investing in and which aren't. Success in this role requires someone who can see the big picture while obsessing over the details, bringing both strategic judgment and operational rigor to every program. Key Responsibilities: • Own and execute Frame's field marketing strategy, including conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, customer events, and partner events. • Own and manage event execution end-to-end, including vendor coordination, logistics, travel, booth design, swag, signage, attendee experience and post-event follow-up. • Drive pipeline generation through creative field marketing initiatives and close partnership with Sales and Partner teams. • Leverage cybersecurity industry knowledge to recommend the highest-impact events, communities, and sponsorship opportunities. • Collaborate with GTM Systems & Tools teams to ensure accurate lead capture, attribution, campaign measurement and event ROI. • Manage budgets, timelines, project plans, and reporting with exceptional attention to detail. • Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Leadership, customers, and partners to meet deadlines, obtain necessary feedback, approvals and decisions ensure seamless alignment and execution. • Equip sales teams with the information, resources, and logistics they need to maximize event success. • Continuously test new ideas, event formats, and engagement strategies to strengthen Frame's presence within the cybersecurity community.
